We bought his new shoes on Saturday. It is now Wednesday. For those without a calendar in front of you.. that is FOUR days. 4.
There were several reasons why we bought new shoes. The main reason.. well.. his toes could stick out of the gaping hole in the toe.

Prior to replacing these shoes.. I did research. Hard research. I used BOTH google AND bing. We made an informed decision and spent Stride Rite prices on his new shoes.
Have I mentioned that it has just been four days?

Etnies- that’s what you need to buy. he will look like a skateboarder at the age of almost 3. i had the same problem with Adam earlier this summer- he wore holes through his sneakers (as in TOES sticking OUT) within 4 weeks (and those were $60 shoes…)….
The Etnies have held up…. (and I have a mini skateboard somewhere I am sure)…..

OMG!!! This is sooo great!! My mother told me that this( shoes being wrecked in 4 days, etc) would happen to you guys (BECK, JEN and one day AMY) when you guys grow up and have kids of your own!! And it’s coming true!! I can sit back in my (one day Jen’s) rocking chair and smile….rolling on the floor laughing…almost…Ben pulling your hair when trying the new shoes is wild!! No good suggestions on that one except to pull his hair ..It will shock him..but then he’ll realize that it does hurt.. I can’t remember any of you guys pulling my hair..but the Mother Nature usually let’s you remember only the good things or there wouldn’t be any human beings. Love to you and my Handsome Man
